We operate with a self-service check-in system using codes for a seamless and flexible arrival experience.

While we do not offer breakfast services, each property is equipped with a Nespresso machine, coffee capsules, and tea for your convenience.

Our property's prime location on the main road ensures effortless access, to key destinations, including banks, supermarkets, all-day bars, coffee shops, pharmacies, and more. Also, there is a big bakery in the ground floor of the building. The access to both apartments is through stairs and you can park on the street next to the building.

Additionally, guests can conveniently opt for in-apartment food delivery services through various platforms detailed in our comprehensive receiving guidebook.

Upon making a reservation, you will receive an online check-in form. This form allows you to complete your personal details and optionally provide corporate information if you require an invoice. Invoices will be sent to your email within 1-2 business days following your check-out.

Additionally, you'll receive a detailed guidebook for your stay which includes helpful information such as maps, dining options, delivery services, Wi-Fi passwords, and more.

CHECK IN: Starts at 14:00 p.m. and you're free to settle into your apartment any time after. Our late check-in service is available for your convenience, even after midnight. Feel free to check yourself in using the keyboards and safe boxes located at the property entrance and beside the door of each apartment. The code is received on the day of your arrival via email/SMS/What's App when check-in opens (14:00-14:15 pm).

CHECK OUT: Is until 11:00 a.m. Feel free to check out early if needed! Just make sure to leave the keys in the safe box and close the door securely behind you. Late check out is regrettably not available.

Anivia Standard Room is a brand new apartment, completely renovated in 2018. It is lavishly furnished with a minimalist character and attention to details, modern pastel colours and high quality accessories. Located in a safe neighbourhood next to the high street of Spata.

The stylish apartment is approximately 35m² and can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests. It is finely furnished and composed of a large and bright bedding area with a comfortable double bed, a dining area with a table and two chairs and a side fully-equipped kitchen with all electricity devices, where you can prepare your own dishes. It includes high speed Wi-Fi internet, a flat screen TV, a closet and a desk. There is also a balcony overlooking the high street of town. Behind the kitchen, there is a stylish modern bathroom featured a walk-in shower, complimented by bath-care products.

It is finely furnished and composed of a large and bright living room, a dining area and a side fully-equipped kitchen with all electricity devices, where you can prepare your own dishes. The living room consists of a double sofa-bed, a coffee table, a TV stand. It includes high speed Wi-Fi internet and a flat screen TV. The bedroom has 1 double bed and a ample closet space. There is, of course, a stylish modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, complimented by bath-care products. There is also a balcony overlooking the high street of the town.
