While we do not offer breakfast services, each property is equipped with a Nespresso machine, coffee capsules, and tea for your convenience.
Guests can conveniently opt for in-apartment food delivery services through various platforms detailed in our comprehensive receiving guidebook.
Upon making a reservation, you will receive an online check-in form. This form allows you to complete your personal details and optionally provide corporate information if you require an invoice.
Additionally, you'll receive a detailed guidebook for your stay which includes helpful information such as maps, dining options, delivery services, Wi-Fi passwords, and more.
CHECK IN: Starts at 14:00 p.m. and you're free to settle into your place any time after. Our late check-in service is available for your convenience, even after midnight. Feel free to check yourself in using the keyboard and safe boxes located at the property entrance and beside the door of each house. The code is received on the day of your arrival via email/SMS/What's App when check-in opens (14:00-14:15 pm).
CHECK OUT: Is until 11:00 a.m. Feel free to check out early if needed! Just make sure to leave the keys in the safe box and close the door securely behind you. Late check out is regrettably not available.

Komos K1 is a brand new maisonette, renovated in full in 2024. It is lavishly furnished, with attention to detail, modern colours and decorating accessories.
The luxury villa is approximately 104 m² and it is found in residence complex with yard. Features a private pool with sun loungers. With two separate living areas, each with sofa beds, there is plenty of space for relaxation and entertainment. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests in its three beautifully decorated bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed and wardrobe for restful nights. Enjoy the convenience of three modern bathrooms, each equipped with a walk in shower. You can also prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor and enjoy the pool view from the villa's balconies.
